Endeavor Launch

I'm hearing Carly Simon's "Anticipation" in my head. As I do for EVERY launch, eagerly awaiting this morning's liftoff. Love this stuff. Always have. This picture IS the Endeavor but from a previous mission. Took the photograph on a private tour. I'd worked on a TV pilot called "Astronauts" and NASA invited any of the crew back to witness a launch. As one who can remember the excitement of the night of July 20, 1969, all things about space exploration are of importance to me. Argue all you want about it's a waste of money. Don't agree one iota. The world isn't flat is it and how was that proven? I rest my case.
