Played Trivial Pursuit with friends last night. Still amused how the excuse "my parents wouldn't let me watch TV" was uttered by more than one participant when they were stumped but when I said something about Petticoat Junction, they were able to break into the show's theme song without missing a beat. Funny how that works! Alcohol was consumed during the evening but I was up and out the door this morning for the trek up to the Griffith Park helipad. Caught the sunrise as Ramona and I hit Vista De Valle. Lovely sojourn. Weather couldn't be better this week.
